ANZAC Day on the Mornington Peninsula

Australia House Institute Inc. produces ANZAC Day ceremonies with respect, music, and protocol — gathering the community at places that hold meaning.

Our history

Point King, Sorrento

Our ANZAC Day ceremonies have been held at Point King, Sorrento — a historic cliff-edge site overlooking Port Phillip Bay. The gatherings bring together locals, families, and guests for a respectful service shaped with music and careful protocol.

Past services have included young musicians and speakers, standing with the community at the memorial overlooking the Bay.

Community remembrance

Young voices and shared ritual

ANZAC Day on the Peninsula is a day for quiet attention and shared belonging. We welcome residents of all ages, and make space for young people to take part in the ceremony with dignity.
